The sitting room is both spacious and cosy with a bay window offering ocean and coastal cliff views over St Brides bay.
For the rainy or quiet nights in or after watching the stunning sunset the cottage offers a selection of board games and there’s a large flat screen smart tv with DVD player and a few popular DVD titles in stock.
Kitchen
A well equipped kitchen with the usual kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and freezer, hand blender and small dish washer. Enough plates and crockery for guests.
Bedroom 1
Bedroom 1 comes with a Super King bed and has a lovely decorative fireplace, All beds have hotel grade linen with spare pillows and the room has ample hanging and drawer storage for clothes, tv, one power socket with built in usb charger, clock radio, two bedside lamps and black out blinds and curtains.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 is spacious with original traditional cottage cornice on the ceiling, features a zip link bed that can be either a super king double or two extra long single beds. The beds are fitted with hotel grade linen and have spare pillows. Additional features include ample hanging and drawer storage for clothes, tv, one power socket with built in usb charger, clock radio, two bedside lamps and black out blinds and curtains.

Exterior/Views
Outside there is a large lawned area with shrubs and flowers. Outdoor and picnic furniture including bbq provided for those sunny days, Roch castle can be spotted by looking north from the top garden. Driveway to the front of the property offers parking for two average size cars, there is also an entrance at the rear for parking although on a leaner area.
There’s also an insulated large storage shed which is big enough for all types of items including surf boards and bikes, if you’re on an activity holiday. The shed has a fully functioning bathroom with electric shower for use straight after a visit to the beach.
